The Fine Print

Plan pricing is based on a 36 month contract period. Hosting, regular system maintenance and security updates are included. ¹Metered plans include a base amount of activity covered by the monthly fee. Metering is measured on a calendar month basis. Measurement of contacts is as a total number stored in the CRM. For other details, please contact sales. ² Basic tech support includes: 2 support tickets per month, 9am - 5pm EST support hours, web-based support for most issues. Support plans can be upgraded. Other details apply; contact sales for further information. ³ Caravan Unlimited + gold technical support includes: 48 support tickets per year, 9am - 6pm EST support hours, phone and web support for all levels. Support plans can be upgraded. Other details apply; contact sales for further information. ⁴Included customization time applies to the initial configuration of the system and is not ongoing. It can be used for training, initial configurations, and/or data migration. Overages are billed at the respective plan's development rate.
