Stephen Colson, Co-founder & Integration Lead

Steve likes to make a website be all it can. He is committed to ensuring that every website we produce integrates into our clients‘ day-to-day business practices. Steve works carefully to understand their existing systems and recommend CMS strategies that will guarantee they get the most from their website.

Steve‘s past experience as IT/Systems Administrator for West Pole and Chief Technical Officer for Pure Visibility, both in Ann Arbor, and certification in computer security have given him a keen understanding of a variety of business systems and appreciation for the intricacies of effective integration.

To relax, Steve likes to get outside: you might find him hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, tracking extreme weather, or watching his terrier-mutt run around a local dog park.

Michael Monan, Co-founder & Usability Lead

Mike knows how to make a website work for its users. His expertise in user-centered software development and usability analysis is vital to producing easy-to-use and task-oriented websites for our clients. Mike makes sure that every project we do meets our clients‘ desired business objectives by ensuring their target audiences‘ tasks are easily accomplished.

Mike has over 10 years experience building internet-based software that incorporates usability best practices. Previously, he was Director of Engineering at Diamond Bullet Design in Ann Arbor. From there he went on to build a vigorous client base through his own web software development company.

Mike holds a BS in Software Engineering and an MS in Information, specializing in Human Computer Interaction, both from the University of Michigan.

When he‘s not busy making websites, Mike can be found enjoying his new daughter, Leona Finn, SCUBA diving anywhere he can, or playing soccer around Ann Arbor.
